Animals MUST be brought in between 9AM and 10AM. Animals may be refused if it is past this time. Registration will take place at the indoor arena.

Please fill out a registration form of your animal(s) that are will be bringing. Registration forms must be filled out prior to bringing animals. This allows the process to go smooth and quicker!

Inspection will be 11AM.

Auction starts at NOON sharp.

Animals must have CCIA tag - if required.

Tack Sale happening in the Main Building from 10AM to 2PM.

Canteen will be open!

If it is cold, auction will be taking place in the heated area of the indoor.

Buyers will have a cheque sent to them in the mail.

Plug ins available for chicks. Pens available for larger animals (goats, pigs, ponies, donkeys, etc.)
