Main Building (50’x100’)
This building is suitable for hosting weddings, anniversaries, reunions, or large family events or exhibitions.
Hall - 50’ x 70’ . The hall comes with a sound system, stage, bar, and roll up screen. The hall is equipped with tables and chairs for up to 250 people. There are 20 round tables and 42 rectangle tables.
Lobby - 25’ x 30"‘ access to washrooms, kitchen/concession & furnace room.

Rental Rates:
Day Meetings held M-F (8 am - 5 pm) - Includes: Tables, chairs, sound system and washrooms - $277.50/day.
Meetings held M-T - Includes: Tables, chairs, sound system, and washrooms - $83.25/hr
Supper 10 am - 10 pm - Includes use of kitchen and above amenities. - $388.50/day
Dances/Socials/Sporting Events - weekends & holidays - Includes tables, chairs, sound system, washrooms, kitchen. - $499.50/day
Kitchen only for private meal prep $160.50/day
Lobby only for small meetings $55.50/hr

Indoor/outdoor Riding Arenas
Public use of Riding Arenas: Shared use of any available arenas. Signed waiver must be in office prior to riding.
Hourly riding rate is per horse/rider combo.
$15.00/hr
Equipment Available: Bridge, pylons, poles, jumps, gate, barrels.
Outside Washrack: Cold water only at this time. Seasonal Use.
Equipment must be removed from arena and put back in designated area.
Available either individually or together for larger events the indoor arena offers year round riding for clinics, roping events, barrel racing etc.
Indoor Arena (60’ x 200") - There is a lean to attached outside on the full length of the south side with some box stalls and room to set up panels. The indoor arena has a sand floor and lights.

Outdoor Arena (104’ x 200’ including holding ring)

Pole Barn (24’ x 120’) Box Stalls, Room for Panels and dirt floor. Below frost hydrants available for water.
Barn (60’ x 80’). The barn is insulated, with dirt floor. It contains 21 portable box stalls. There is one frost free hydrant available.
Horse Stabling: Day-Overnight: $27.75/stall - Stall cleaning deposit (refundable upon cleanout) $25.00 cash/cheque only.
Horse Boarding at this time is unavailable.
Equine Events: Use of inside and outside arenas, use of equipment and access to inside washrooms. $666.00/day.
Racetrack and Bleacher Seating
1/2 mile with 440 yd straightaway recognized by the American Quarter Horse Association and the Saskatchewan Horse Racing Commission for pari-mutuel betting.
Fenced infield turning area for Chuckwagons Tower/Judges Stand. 3 story complete with photofinish and darkroom features.
Rodeo Arena with announcers booth, chutes, holding pen in back - Racetrack infield (170’ x 220’).
Rental Rates:
Day rate - $471.75 (does not include use of track, chutes or back pens)
For full use of the rodeo arena or track please contact the Agri-Park for a custom rate.
Seating for over 2,000 people on the Bleachers
The Corral
Enclosed outdoor area surrounded by trees with dance floor, and stage with 220 power, 32’ x 96’ covered picnic area, 2 porta potties and bar. No sound system at this time.
Picnic tables for 500 people
Ideal setting for Dances, BBQ’s and picnics
Rental Rates:

Horse Shoe Meadows
Treed area with flat area suitable for wedding suppers or playing horseshoes, volleyball.
Optional Add Ons:
Outside Washroom and Shower Trailer (Seasonal Use) - Men’s/Women’s/Handicap toilets, urinal, hot water, showers & sinks - $277.50/day
Portapotties - Set of 2 - $166.50/day
Camping Fees - (Electrical Only 120v) - $27.75/night
Equipment Rentals for offsite use:
$250 damage deposit (Items to be used on hard surface only)
Tables: 20 round, 42 rectangle - $11.10/day/table
Chairs: 300 - $2.22/day/chair
Starting Gates: Delivery Fee of $500 within $100 km (refundable damage of $500 is required) - $2500 plus taxes if applicable.
